Stayed here over the Christmas period whilst visiting family - what a great little find! My wife actually commented that it felt as though we were staying with family as the staff were so friendly and accommodating - even leaving a small Christmas gift for guests on the big day! Room was comfortable and spacious with everything we needed for a great stay. Loved "The Rag" in the bathroom, quirky idea that raised a smile (if you know, you know!) Will be visiting Medicine Hat several times in the coming years so will definitely be staying here again and again.

This is a fairly new facility, where a suite is literally a suite: two rooms, couches, a table, two large beds, and bathroom with plenty of counter space. The breakfast room opens out into a second room, with well-spaced tables. The beds are heavenly, and the television is much bigger than the 40 - or 42-inch variety in other hotels we stayed in on this trip. There are also two restaurants within easy walking-distance. And the swimming pool is located just off the reception room, guaranteeing peace and quiet for sleeping guests.

We had an issue with the room we were given because we requested a bath tub but it didn't have one. After talking to Owen for a few minutes, he ran around the whole hotel and together with his manager was able to accommodate our wishes, thank you Owen! The pool had a basketball net and random balls flying around and every single person in the pool, young and old, threw at least a couple and had a lot of fun, what a great idea! Breakfast had waffles, so super win for me. We had a great time there.

The staff were wonderful and our room was quiet and very clean. The location was next to a mall and theatre which, if we were there longer, would have added to our entertainment. The location also was close to a few restaurants. All together this made for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was good and being consistent filled. Great juice bar and good coffee. The coffee was out in main lobby when we were leaving so that was disappointing since 3 housekeeping staff visiting behind the counter at that time. Overall good location and nice room.
